So much so, that enjoying the process of life became the necessary and most productive aspect of developing myself and my career. I say 'career' with a smile because my work here has always been somewhat behind the scenes as a cheerleader of growth and learning for myself and others. Although writing a book does put a person 'out there.'

Let's see. After publishing Just In Time, which is available on Amazon, (a feat in and of itself,) I continued in the writing arena by helping others publish their own works via various outlets. Three friends who attended my book signing, went on to write and publish their works of art. Pretty awesome, right?

Rae Jacob put a compilation of AHA moments together with her book, Acupuncture for the Soul.

https://www.amazon.com/Acupuncture-Your-Soul-Collection-Life-Changing/dp/1627873406/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1496324123&sr=8-1&keywords=acupuncture+for+your+soul

What a powerful group of healer friends and intuitives. This book carries it's own special energy and is a great book for snippets of AHA inspiration. A dream come true for Rae. She felt Grandma Rose with her all along the way. Ha! Of course Grandma continued to be heard. Rae often sent me notes of thanks for sharing Grandma with her. Always great to have an allie on the other side.

Soon after, my Aunt Gloria asked for help with her story, A Walk Down Memory Lane. https://www.amazon.com/Walk-Down-Memory-Lane/dp/0692415246/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1496324467&sr=8-1&keywords=gloria+zlaket

Her honest and familial account of her family's history is a treasure for those who know her and want to recall the traditions of an immigrant family's success in their new country.

Anyone who has written an account of their life can tell you that it is one of the hardest and yet most rewarding experiences of their life. It is work, but the best healing work one can do. And so many times, "life" happens at a quickened learning rate during the "work." My aunt Gloria was diagnosed and surpassed breast cancer during her writing and publishing dates. Funny how that works.

It's almost as thought the universe says, "Oh she's so busy right now, she won't notice how wonderfully we are changing her." At least this is how I felt when God place my mom in my home to live with us during my writing time. Whew. Siempre algo.

Very soon after, my long time friend, Judy Cochrane, who had spoken of writing her book for years, began to put pen to paper, or in her case, fingers to keyboard, and wrote thousands of words about her experience of gaining, losing and learning. Eleven Days; From 35 Million to Food Stamps What a Family Gains When Losing The American Dream
https://www.amazon.com/eleven-DAYS-million-stamps-American/dp/0997692308/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8

You want raw, real and heart-opening? Then just check it out! Every book has something special to offer and this one is a source of healing empowerment beyond anything I have ever read. It comes with a disclaimer though. The first part is bumpy, difficult and challenging to get through. Mostly because Judy's life at that time was just the same. Not easy for empathetic journey-goers like myself. But stick it out because the humor and tears that follow are well worth the angst.

Here's a link for Just In Time; How To Find Joy and Synchronicity In Every Moment.
https://www.amazon.com/Just-Time-Synchronicity-Every-Moment/dp/1482705648/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1496325757&sr=1-1&keywords=just+in+time+callan

Any writer appreciates reviews, especially if you enjoyed their work. It builds momentum for that writer and is an easy way to say 'thank you' for making your mark here in this world. And reviews can be as simple as "I loved it!" or "What a treat to read." It doesn't have to be philosophical or time-consuming. We appreciate any and all reviews on Amazon, Goodreads, B&N....it all helps.

Happy summer reading. I personally LOVE reading a good book and living in the space of LIFE. Enjoy
Today is a day to remember in the Callan household. This morning we found out that the results from a Phase 3 Study for Cystic Fibrosis came back with excellent results for those individuals with the F508del gene. Ellis is in her own clinical study of Vertex Pharmaceuticals for children ages 2-6 with the G551D mutation. So far, she has been gaining weight, taking a lower dosage of enzymes, and not having as much blocked mucus as she might have without the drug.
This new drug will hopefully be approved by the FDA before the end of the year! This is life-changing news for about fifty percent of the CF population! A true miracle and reason to celebrate! Needless to say, we are very blessed and grateful for all of those who have worked so diligently towards a cure.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Karen and Kelly

Ellis just performed in her very first dance recital. She remembered a lot of the moves, even though she was the youngest in her class. I, of course, had to be there. :) Such a sweetheart!
Watch her dance recital performance here.

Are you overwhelmed with technology as much as I am? It is such a time consumer these days to stay up with the trends of marketing, publishing, and promoting on the web. I am more tech savvy than most, and I do love to learn a "new trick." Yet so much time is spent sitting in front of a screen.

I am truly looking forward to simplifying my computer time with a few good apps and writing techniques. But then the big question arises. WHY? Why do any of this? For me the answer is simple. To stay spiritually connected to people. It may not seem "spiritual" to update you with this blog, for example. Yet anytime we can connect either by sharing insights, passions, hobbies, or pains is a spiritually guided connection.

I am surely grateful for sites like Facebook. I can always count on seeing something worthwhile and helpful (since I follow only positive and inspirational people.) Seeing photos of smiling families, videos of animals helping one another, or quotes from wise human beings boost my spiritual energy. I cry almost every day at the kindness and awe I see on screen. If you want to see my latest and greatest, here is the link to my facebook page.
I am always happy to share uplifting messages that make a day a little brighter.
I can't remember the last time she got up in the middle of the night, but I figured since she did, so would I . Still dark out, I walked to the bathroom where the only clock is, by the way, and saw the time...4:44 Apr 4

It took me a few moments to register. 4:44 4 4

444 - the angels are all around us!

I believe that the weeks before Easter are a very spiritual time when the angels expose themselves in big ways. I love being aware of their energy and participation in my life and experiencing all of the goodness they share.

My sister, Jo, has 3 owls in her trees right now. Kristina and Levi announced that they are in the process of adoption. Tonight i get to be with 3 of my kids and their families before a family wedding this weekend. Not to mention the amazing dream I was living just before i got up. (More on that later.)

It's a "what's next" day and it is only 9:00 in the morning! :)Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13689291511274507651noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3017101593041113077.post-80734234177666155322014-04-02T16:52:00.000-07:002014-04-02T16:52:21.204-07:00A Time for EverythingI am very busy these days as is most everyone around me. Keeping up with classes, birthdays, volunteering, friendships, social media, marketing, organizing and my health has proven to be a lot. Pacing myself and remembering WHY I do what I do is my continued area of focus. A conversation with a new student is measured against five minutes spent on facebook. Both are rewarding to me. Inspirational messages and videos which my "friends" share always make my day. I do, though, love creating my own heartfelt memories.

Every day I wake up with a ready spirit and open mind, excited about the possibilities of the new day.

It is in this very paused moment that I realize "writing" isn't listed above yet yearns to be in my daily routine. And although I type and write messages all day long, "writing for me" is bubbling up to the surface once again.

Looks like my time is in need of rebalancing. There are those extremely important activities which always make the top of the list. Family get-togethers, grandmothering opportunities, and canasta. A girl's got to get her cards in. :)

What can I let go of time wise? I stopped playing candy crush months ago. The pictures in my head interrupted my sleep too often. Not to mention the desire to place a person's nose in between their eyes just so I could get three across. Ugh!

I stopped cooking for the most part. I can put together a healthy meal but the days of roasting tomatoes and making my own sauces are a thing of the past.

Our garden is growing last year's seeds. I let that go as well.

Balance is key. I just need to see which key I need to use next.
After saying "Yes" to every experience offered these past few weeks, my body is saying "Oh!" Each morning I am blessed with wildlife outside the window, dogs who love to be fed, and rooms filled with projects yet to be completed. I am not lacking for 'things to do.' I love life this way. Experience after experience, I am challenged and offered opportunities to practice being ME.
This morning I opened my tea bag.

"The beauty of life is to experience yourself."

And that is just what I will continue to do!

At Last! My first book is almost available in print and on kindle and it has only taken me years of dedication and perseverance to complete it. Writing has always been a special part of my life and although many of the stories I share are from years past, the ability to compile and create a free-flowing book is truly a dream come true.

I read the first few chapters to Kelly the other night. He hadn't read it until then, if you can believe that. I asked him what he thought I was doing all of those days and hours and nights; sitting downstairs at my desk, tapping away at the keys. He laughed and said, "You're a writer!" Funny. Thankfully for me, he loved it.

And in keeping with the theme, the timing is perfect. My fiftieth birthday is this Friday. The birthday most women see as pivotal. Entering a new phase of this lifetime is divinely connected to the timing of my first book being published. It feels as though I am entering a period of self-realization and empowerment unlike any other decade before.

Just in Time.

Some of my girlfriends took me out to celebrate as we often do for each others birthdays. They have the wisdom and grace and blessing of having celebrated a few more than me. OK, about ten or so more than me. So when this birthday came up, they were thrilled. Their gift - a beautiful grey and cream bed pillow with large lettered words....AT LAST. Now we are all at least fifty. Well almost.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13689291511274507651noreply@blogger.com04500 North Santana Place, Tucson, AZ 85750, USA32.289431 -110.814396999999996.7673965 -152.12299099999998 57.8114655 -69.505802999999986tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3017101593041113077.post-12170431572337924282013-05-04T08:03:00.000-07:002013-05-04T08:03:50.786-07:00Last week, I decided to change my morning routine. I get up and after using the restroom, immediately put on my sweatpants and tennis shoes and walk out the bedroom door, with Clay and Chloe, and go straight out the front door for a walk down to the cul-de-sac. I have been doing this now for a couple of weeks and loving the still morning air, the singing birds, and the blossoming trees. Each day, Chloe spots a lizard or rabbit on the driveway and after a short pause, races to catch them. It is one of the highlights of her day as her large-gummed grin says it all. Clay, on the other hand, keeps a regular pace except for the thousands of bushes (they are actually small weeds, but I wouldn't tell him) he feels the need to lift his leg to. Proud and determined, my little man leaves a lasting impression.

Each of these past mornings, I woke up at exactly 5:41. I do not keep a clock by my bed, but when I go into the restroom, I can see the time and each day it has been the same....5:41. If you already know me, then you know how much I love my Angel Numbers book. It has every number from 0 - 999 mentioned with a message for the viewer. So I looked it up -

541

I am always amazed at how important and necessary the message is.

Today I decided to stay in bed a little longer. Yes, I woke up at the earlier hour, but my body wanted to stay horizontal so I laid there and did what I used to do. I picked up my I pad and checked my emails, Facebook and the Square report from The Parlour. (This is actually a really cool app which documents every sale we do, and for some reason, it fascinates me as to how many small cups or cones we sell.)

Clay and Chloe sleep with me which I love. I get to see Chloe's brown eyes look over as she opens them for the first time. Ahhhhhh.... Pretty special. Today she looked, she waited, she closed them. Eventually I did get out of bed and get changed and walked them straight out the front door. The temperature outside was perfect. All seemed the same. Then we noticed our neighbor, Dave, with his pit bull mix on his leash, coming up to the bottom of our driveway. I picked up Chloe and stopped walking. Clay couldn't care less and went right up to meet him. The greetings were cordial. Chloe said hello and all was fine. I had forgotten that they walk after we do, but today it was at the same time. Possible problem averted! Yay.

They went on ahead as the next surprise drove down our driveway...Kelly. He loves leaving for his daily tasks early in the morning. "Stop. Sit." Second hurdle handled. Without a thought, I said, "Let's go." We walked back up the driveway at a quicker pace. It was just too early in the morning for me to have any more chance meetings. Chloe didn't feel the same way. She froze on the drive up and growled with a dead stare at one coyote in the desert. I say one because they usually travel in packs. Again, I held her head still with a firm grip so she would understand the intensity of the possible issue. You see, I never put Clay and Chloe on a leash in the early morning because it had never been necessary. They are such great listeners and they mind me when I ask them to stay or follow. Today, obviously, that would have helped.

The coyote's tail was lowered between his legs. He stood and stared right back at us from a safe distance. Neither of us wanted to be the first to move. Knowing the third in a series of challenges thrown at me this morning had just appeared, I figured i wouldn't tempt my guardian angel any longer and just get back inside.

Of course the moral to the story changes as I change. Today I learned that it is best to listen to your guides when they are helping you rather than challenge them by staying in bed just a little longer. I know all would have gone smoothly had I just gotten up at the time they suggested :) Not that the morning wasn't eventful. It was. But sometimes easy and calm is a beautiful uneventful way to start the day :)
In the middle of the night last Friday, snow blanketed the entire landscape. I woke up in awe at the sights of the white and red mountains. So amazing for us as you know.

During the last few days, I had the opportunity to share some girlfriend time, teach a workshop, sing kirtan with a large group of yogis and eat healthy homemade meals. There really is nothing better to fill the well then a short getaway to an inspirational place with friends who support you and share time with you.

I get to drive home alone tomorrow. Not always at the top of my list of things to do, but happy to have the space to reflect on all of my blessings. I will also spend some time mentally planning a retreat for you all here in this magical place. It truly is a special place to be shared with others.

If you feel the urge to take a break from your routine and make the journey to Sedona, let me know. I would love to pick a date that works for those of you are interested. :-)

See you soon....

1. Setting an intention is about understanding what you're doing, and why you're doing it. It's more about spending time "inside" visualizing and getting very clear about what you want.

Goals are the concrete result of your intentions. An intention is not concrete, but energetic. It's the way we send messages to the Universe about what we want to create.

2. With goals, the future is always the focus. Setting an intention is quite different. It puts your attention on the ever-present NOW in the constantly changing flow of life. You set your intentions based on what matters most to you and make a commitment to align your worldly actions with your inner values.

3. Send out a thank you in advance. "This place of knowing is a place of intense and incredible gratitude. And that perhaps, is the biggest key to creation: to be grateful before and for the creation. Such taking for granted is not only condoned, but encouraged. It is a sure sign of mastery - knowing in advance that the deed has been done.

"You cannot exercise much power without gratitude, because it is gratitude that keeps you connected with power."

A great article - Living Backwards in Time, shows the difference between "what if" and "as if" written by Michael Formica.
In addition to yoga classes this month, I would love to have you over to create a 2013 Vision Board. Every year I set my intentions with pictures, words, and phrase which direct my goals and dreams for the upcoming year.

If you would like to make your own vision board among friends, please rsvp for either Wednesday, January 9 or Saturday, January 12 following our scheduled yoga class. Plan on being here for a couple of hours. All you need to bring are magazines and maybe a snack to share. This is simply a time for us to get together and share and focus on where we are going.
Yoga and meditation have proven to be a necessary aspect to my daily life even more so now than ever before. As my schedule and personal commitments creep back into BUSY, I am reminded by my physical stiffness and mental chatter that yoga must remain near the top of my list of things to do.

Like you, it is easy for me to let it go and spend my time on what may seem to be more pending. Yet, as I feel my way through this special season of womanhood, my body sends me numerous reminders of what I need to do in order to maintain my health and wellness. Movement, stillness, and calm energy create a space of peace and ease for all of us and can turn a day around quicker than chocolate. :)

Please, please listen to your own body and mind and pay attention to the signals and signs they are sending you.

The January RosaYoga calendar is now posted.
Looking forward to sharing more of what we love together in 2013!
Back at home, Kim and Jason are getting ready for their doctor's visit. Today they find out whether they are having a baby boy or baby girl.

The entire family is on alert.

I got up early and walked into the closet, sat Indian-style on the floor, holding my cell phone in my hands. As I closed my eyes, I felt the tears well-up and my heart start racing. I could feel Jason's anticipation and excitedness as he paced the waiting room floor. Kim, always the calm one, elated from the inside out.

A prayer and a blessing, I waited for the phone's message.

"It's a boy!!!"

He is going to be the smartest and most inquisitive boy to grow up with. What a sweetheart!

Our hearts are full and ready to share this lifetime with him. We are still smiling over here. Happy. Blessed. Grateful.

I not only feel as though I have neglected the writer aspect of me, but the chance to stay in touch with those of you who mean so much. So here I am.

Hawaii. Every picture in your mind and breath of fresh air you conjure up as you imagine a cobalt blue ocean against the black lava rocks and coral crushed sands with dancing palm trees spotted in just the perfect outlines of the shore is here and well. The change of scenery and opportunity to put my toes in the sand has been a gift. Not to mention the fact that our time has felt unlimited. No rush to fit every excursion and adventure into 7 days. Taking a full month to experience the life and ways of island living has been a blessing.

Life here is simple and casual on the big island.

The routine starts with a conversation with my husband, "Where do you want to go today? Shall we go for a walk or go out to eat breakfast?" Really big and difficult questions to answer. But decisions all the same. Thankfully, we do both.

But food is always in the picture. You may not know this about me, but the conflict of weight gain is a daily conversation topic I have inside my head. And with the "vacation" mindset, my decisions have been a bit too "yippee-ki-o" lately.

My inner dialogue usually goes something like this -
"That waffle looks good."
"It does, but then you will have to take a nap later."
"I know, but you haven't had one in so long."
"I know, but it looks so good."

The dialogue used to last for many minutes before I made my breakfast order. Thankfully, now I cut to the chase and already know my answer.

"Order anything with more good fruits and veggies than anything else."

Honestly, breakfast is my simplest "choose healthy" meal of the day.

That's my update for now. Ahhhh...the joys of vacationing.
"What?" My husband Kelly is calling me from the other room.
"Time for lunch?"
Gotta go.

Love to all of you.

What do you get when you bring together two culinary graduates, their retreat home in Vermont and four foodie yoga girls? An awesome week of great company, great food and great joy.

Our friend, Melanie, is a wonderful judgement of character. She not only travels the world teaching yoga, but she collects friends along the way and then brings those like-minded women together. Yoga has a way of connecting people without force or setup. It is a bind that exists invisibly, yet is shown through the smiles and laughter it creates.

Our week in Vermont was beyond special. It is hard to actually describe the sense of ease we all had with each other. No television. No news. No internet. No cell service. We had all the time we needed to enjoy each other's company, nature, cooking, and the outdoors.

What a difference a week makes! I love how the energy is still carrying me through my days. Love will do that. xo

Today is a very special day in our home. Grandma Rosa was my inspiration and director of how to find joy in my life. Her desire to live without restraint and explore new paths is the reason we are all on this same page of yoga. I thank her every day for being a true pioneer.

While enjoying this morning reflection of just how special she was in my life, I showered as I always do, looking out our window at the sunrise and desert landscape. Today, a slight movement in the trees caught my eye. I focused and noticed a beautiful mamma doe bedding down below the branches.

As always, I am impressed with the divine timing in my life. The synchronicity of the doe feeling safe and welcome at my home on this very special day of connection. She is lying there now, sweet and serene. How wonderful this life is.

So the back story is this. Leslie Uggams was asked to perform this great song. She hadn't memorized the lyrics and after 2 rehearsals, performed it live and in public. The man with the cue cards of lyrics slipped on the grass and fell. She then sang on, selling it all the way. Watch all the way through.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13689291511274507651noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3017101593041113077.post-47926543801573333062012-05-07T07:34:00.003-07:002012-05-27T08:25:29.249-07:00Spiritual Yoga ExperienceThis morning feels cool and crisp outside, even if it is the beginning of summer in Tucson. The jasmine flowers scent fills the air and reminds me of just how grateful I am for my life. Yoga, gorgeous views, wonderful women....what a special time it is!Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13689291511274507651noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3017101593041113077.post-20468306661880274942012-04-28T08:35:00.000-07:002012-04-28T08:35:00.777-07:00Just in Time is NowMom and I went away last weekend up to our home in Sedona. Together, we finished my book, Just in Time. She encouraged me and kept me on track, even through the difficult chapters. I am so blessed to have such wonderful support and her history of our family is so helpful.

Here is a small piece from "Yoga - Grandma's Story" Enjoy.

One Saturday morning, at the age of five, I woke up, still in my pajamas and walked in on Grandma who was in her headstand. “Hi, Honey.” Grandma towered out of the floor like an inverted statue in the middle of the room. Her feet dangled above the edge of her pant legs. She had no problem talking, even when she was upside-down. “How did you sleep?” That’s just like Grandma, keeping up with a conversation even on her head.

Grandma lowered one leg down after the other and sat up on her knees. She looked exactly the same to me from the time I was little until the time before she died. Her natural grey hair hung straight in a short bob, about chin length. Her eyes wide, bright and focused. Her arms and legs, dance-like and flexible, always in motion.

“Come here and get on the floor with me.” Together we reached and stretched, twisted and lengthened, breathed and sighed. “You always learn something new about yourself.”
We are so blessed to have this beautiful time in Tucson. The weather is cool and crisp in the mornings and then warm and sunny during the days. Perfect for spending yoga time outdoors. We have shared a few classes in the courtyard this past week. Everyone who came left in awe of the birds chirping over us and the light breeze cooling us. Please give yourself the chance to be outdoors...allergies and all. Nature is a great rejuvenator!

Ellis and I had the pleasure of being on The Morning Blend's tv show with Ross McCallister yesterday. We talked about Cystic Fibrosis and our Great Strides walk in Oro Valley this weekend. Ellis was so patient and such a dream as we waited the hour and a half in the green room. She saved her anciness for the camera :)

http://www.tucsonmorningblend.com/videos/145237435.html

Follow the link for the Blend's video and enjoy. Amazing how much we can experience in the course of one year. I am always inspired by the accomplishments of those around me as well as my own past successes. Beyond that, we have a new year filled with new opportunities. Nike chose a great slogan and resolution for its company with "Just Do It!" and I believe that they are truly great words of encouragement.

With so many changes taking place within and outside of us, the need for grounding, balance and calm is more important than ever. Yoga gives us all of that and more in the short time period of an hour. December of 2011 is here and 2012 will be arriving before we know it. If you're like me, you may be feeling pushed and rushed with the list of desired items to get done. I love the festivities and traditions. I also love the feeling of "new" with the year of 2012 beginning.

On my wish list for next year, I want to feel even better than I do now. I want to be in better shape mentally, physically, and spiritually. I want to change some eating habits which aren't nurturing and add in activities which are. I want to let go of being stubborn ( just acknowledging that I am proves just how stubborn I have been. ) I want to complete what I have started and begin where I have finished. I want to live more and fear less.

Choosing to make a change is the first step. Writing it down is a good second. Putting a small piece of it into action is a great baby step. And then following through with the help of a friend or partner is a great stride. Talk about it. Make plans. Be proactive.

Enjoy every twinkle light and mug of cider.
Happy December!Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13689291511274507651noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3017101593041113077.post-23638906739266910192011-11-11T06:53:00.000-08:002012-04-28T08:29:31.037-07:0011.11.1111Happy 11.11.1111

This is a once in a lifetime day as you already know and I just wanted to share how grateful I am for you and our experinces together. Today is about oneness. Many special meditations are taking place around the world. Take a few moments to check them out, or close your eyes and tune in. It is very likely that someone somewhere is sharing their gratitude at that same very moment!

During our teacher training, I shared a thread ceremony with my student teachers. After our group completed 200 hours of training, we sealed in that exceptional time by sharing a sacred thread ritual. We tied the blessed thread onto each other as we went around the circle. The significance of the thread acts as a visual reminder of what we shared and also a symbol of what we still need to focus on or work through. The thread that is tied on our wrist or ankle at times can feel annoying (what are we getting annoyed at in life) or comforting (what feels good and right to us.) It can also be a daily reminder of our unique experience we spent together if we choose to see it that way.

My thread let go of me this past week, three and a half months after it had become a part of me. I was sad to see it go, but realized that it was now time to create a new opportunity for a new thread in my life.

That being sad, starting in January, I will offering workshops which relate to our well-being and joy. Ayurveda, pendulums, nutrition, mudras, and more. Let me know if there is a subject or topic you are interested in hearing about.

I am also extremely thrilled to be back in my body! I have felt as though my mind has been scattered and unclear, which i was blaming perimenopause on. But thanks to the advice of a friend (whom I hope will come speak at one of the workshops), all is well again. Her advice was to move the electrical items next to my bed which send off eft's. For the last three nights, I have slept better than ever and have woken up refreshed and ready to go!!! Honestly, I feel as though the real me is back!

So my miracle tidbit to you on this very special day is to think about your surroundings and clear the electrical space away from where you rest. Clock radios are the worst culprits. (I can't even bring myself to give it away knowing I will cause someone else discomfort.)

Love you guys,
Enjoy this special and wonderful day,

KarenAnonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13689291511274507651noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3017101593041113077.post-11949386083968887492011-10-03T07:25:00.000-07:002011-10-03T07:33:45.416-07:00October YogaOctober is here and with it comes great weather, gorgeous mornings, and plenty of events and parties.

Yoga is a sure way to keep your balance and grace through it all!

Here is a quick glance at the October schedule......
Please jot them down on your own calendar.

OCTOBER:

1 Saturday, 9:00am
3 Monday, 9:00am
5 Wednesday, 9:00am
6 Thursday, 6:00pm
11 Tuesday, 6:00pm
12 Wedmesday, 9:00am
13 Thursday, 6:00pm
15 Saturday, 9:00am
17 Monday, 9:00am
18 Tuesday, 6:00pm
19 Wednesday, 9:00am
20 Thursday, 6:00pm
22 Saturday, 9:00am
24 Monday, 9:00am
26 Wednesday, 9:00am
27 Thursday, 6:00pm
29 Saturday, 9:00am

Please check the blog below for the full month at a glance.

Namaste,
KarenAnonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13689291511274507651noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3017101593041113077.post-46479506444854326362011-08-29T07:30:00.001-07:002011-08-29T07:30:59.702-07:00Aloha!Aloha everyone,
